1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Learn.ai mobile application ("App") operated by AI-native ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Learn.ai is an AI-powered educational app that helps students and parents with homework assistance, test generation, audio podcasts, and learning progress tracking. The App uses third-party AI services to generate responses and content.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
3.1 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Learn.ai offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:
- Individual Plan – 1 student account. Monthly subscription. Price varies by region (see in-app for current pricing).
- Duo Plan – 2 student accounts. Monthly subscription. Price varies by region (see in-app for current pricing).
- Family Plan – Up to 5 student accounts. Monthly subscription. Price varies by region (see in-app for current pricing).
3.2 Billing and Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Your Apple ID account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
- Subscription length: 1 month (auto-renewing monthly).
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
3.3 Free Tier
A free tier is available with limited features. No payment is required to use the free tier.
3.4 Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
4. User Accounts
- You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must be 13 years of age or older to create an account. Users under 13 must have a parent or guardian create and manage their account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Use the App to generate content that violates third-party rights.
- Share account credentials with unauthorized users.
- Use the App to submit academic work as your own without appropriate disclosure.
6. AI-Generated Content
⚠️ AI DISCLAIMER: Learn.ai uses third-party AI services (OpenRouter, OpenAI, Google, Anthropic) to generate content. AI-generated responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content. All AI-generated content is provided for educational assistance only and should be verified by qualified educators. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content.
7. Privacy and Data
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy, including sharing educational content with third-party AI services.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by AI-native and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Content you upload (homework, notes, images) remains your property. You grant us a limited license to process this content to provide the App's services.
9. Limitation of Liability
⚠️ DISCLAIMER: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI-NATIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Inaccurate AI-generated content
- Educational outcomes or academic performance
- Data loss or service interruptions
- Actions taken based on AI-generated content
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete Account in the app.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
